Hi bloggers, so last week I told you about Kid Innovators. This week I have been working on making our business card and logo for the company. I made the logo and business card on Google Drawing. I enjoyed doing this task, it was a little hard at times.

At school we have been given the choice to make something for our Kiwi Innovators. We could make a product or a gap filler. We chose a gap filler. For this activity we had to make a business card which contains where it is and what it does and the phone number. This was very fun and I would do this again.

In Literacy we have been learning about persuasive writing. After the pros and cons slide we were asked to write a persuasive piece of text. We had to write an introduction, three arguments and a conclusion which sums up your three arguments. You have to have good facts in your writing. I thought it was very fun and and a good experience. Have you been doing persuasive writing at your school? What do you know about GMO?
Hello bloggers at school we have been learning about genetically modified food vs organic food. I chose organic food because it is better for the environment.

Hi Bloggers, at school we have been learning in cyber smart about copyright and what is copyright. We had to find images to describe using Public domain pictures. Public domain means they are free to use and they're not copyright I think it was cool and fun.
At school we have been learning about similes. Everyday in the morning we have been doing free writing with a focus. Free writing with a focus is when you have a picture in front of you and you write about it. We have to include one simile or to try to include something that we've never done in writing before. I think it is fun but challenging. Are you doing free writing with a focus?

Like if you were putting pictures of your house, it would be a good idea to cover over your letterbox number so no one can find you.
